How many people is a group to be eligible for the group discount?
Send 3 delegates at the regular investment rate and the 4th delegate attends for free!
What is the deadline to register for the event?
All registrations are on a first come first served basis.
Are Continuing Education Credits offered for this event?
May I register for the trade show only?
As the booths are located in the conference area, we do not have a separate registration cost exclusively for our sponsor booths.
Are there any speaking opportunities still available?

What is the attire for the conference?
Many delegates dress business formal on day one and some dress business casual on day 2.
Where is the parking at the event?
Parking is available at the hotel.
What is included in the Conference Fee?
This investment includes continental breakfast, luncheon, receptions, refreshments, networking breaks, and original course materials.
Can I pay at the event?
All payments are due before the event to ensure a quick registration process for everyone. Our preferred method of payment is Visa, Master Card or American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by February 18th, 2014. Cancellations received by this date will be eligible for a prompt refund less a $495.00 (plus HST) administration fee. If you register for the program and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel according to the terms stated above. If you are unable to attend, delegate substitution is permitted up to, and including, the day of the conference.
Do you have a block of hotel rooms available?
Yes, at the Westin Bristol Place. Call 1-800-WESTIN1 before February 11th, 2014 and mention "Strategy Institute" to receive our conference rate of $119/night plus taxes
Are the materials/binder available for purchase?
Speakers’ presentations are available to download at the conclusion of the event for $495.
Are the materials available on CD?
All our materials are available for download from our File Server.
Are there pod casts, pictures, DVD or Video of the conference?
We do not have pictures, DVDs, Videos pod casts or web casts of our conferences, as part of the conference experience is the networking available by attending the event.
